Melissa's authenticity and drive are her two most precious qualities as a recruiter.
One minute Melissa was working as a barista, and the next she knew she wanted to work in recruiting. She wanted to learn and be challenged, and help others discover their potential, while guiding them to the right career path. Over time, she realized that everything in life, and every path we take, happens at the right time for the right reason.

I’ve been playing the trombone since I was 13, I’m obsessed with anything Disney, and I absolutely love karaoke.
I have always been inspired by those who make sacrifices for others. My greatest inspiration is my mother. If I could grow into a woman that is constantly pushing to be better while helping others, I’d be quite happy with myself.
Just when you start to think the glass is half empty, remember that it is also half full.
Most people would describe me as exceptionally talkative, super sweet, and very caring.
When I’m not working, I’m usually at a hot yoga class, playing my guitar, or eating out.
When I was little, I always loved playing doctor, especially with my dogs. For the longest time, I wanted to be a Veterinarian.
If I could have one superpower, it would be to read minds. I’ve always been a very transparent person, so I love getting to know as much as possible about others.
