Andiamo is looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Research & Marketing team and support our Women Impact Technology (WIT) Division. Throughout our tenure working with pioneering institutions, we have heard one specific request from every client, ranging from the largest financial institutions to the smallest start-ups: we want to engage and hire more women in engineering. WIT was founded with the purpose of introducing top-tier female technologists to our top tier clients. 

As a Research & Marketing Analyst, you will partner with recruiters on the WIT team to identify the best of the best across a variety of expertise and introduce them to a diverse set of organizations (including Uber, Hulu, Bloomberg, Etsy, Wayfair, and Refinery29, among others) through structured hiring events across the country.  The events host informational sessions about attending companies, panels by female thought leaders, and networking opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Work collaboratively with the New Client Development/Market Research team to design, create, and advertise company marketing materials
  • Utilize external databases and professional networking sites to research, identify and organize outreach for potential clients
  • Learn about industry leaders, their technology and be given the tools to identify the highest valued talent
  • Create and execute research and sourcing strategies to identify top women in technology
  • Assist with the implementation of WIT marketing strategy
  • Provide support with ad-hoc market analysis and research projects for client presentations

  • Google Sheets – knowledge of formulas is a plus
  • Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Outlook
  • Sense of humor; mandatory
