Job Description:

We are looking for experienced, self-motivated sales representatives to help grow our contract and consulting recruiting business.  A gritty, self-starter who enjoys researching, prospecting, expanding and developing new relationships will be successful in this role. 

Primary responsibilities are to produce leads, take them through the entire sales cycle, and ultimately generate revenue for the firm.  This role will afford full client ownership from start to finish.

  • 2+ years of taking new clients and developing them into cornerstone relationships.
  • Proven experience prospecting, developing and creating core, strategic accounts.
  • Experience building a network and building referrals.


  • Ability to establish lasting professional relationships with highly skilled technology professionals.
  • Cold calling and in person meetings/entertaining.
  • Deal negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Multitask with great attention to detail, including managing daily schedule.
