Job Description


The Technical Support Center (TSC) Support Technician will provide customer support to end users on technical problem resolution & request management as well as provision user access & equipment for our employees across the United States.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serves as generalist responsible for providing the majority of direct customer support, primarily through incoming phones, click-to-chat, & team case queues.
  • Provides primary troubleshooting support on mobile devices such as smartphones & tablets.
  • Ensures proper call categorization, triage, routing, & follow-up on cases leveraging IT Service Management principles.
  • Maintains knowledgebase documentation & trains end users on resolving common issues.
  • Ensures adherence to service level agreements for response, resolution, time to answer, & other commonly used metrics.
  • Troubleshoots issues working from existing knowledge databases & performs additional research as needed.
  • Orders, receives, configures, & repairs end user hardware including desktops & laptops. Backs up & migrates customer data.

Required Education:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience required.
  • Microsoft system certifications or equivalent 1-3 years' client technical support required.

Required Experience:

  • Support proficiency with Windows 10 client OS.  
  • Experience providing support in a click-to-chat environment is a bonus.
  • Basic familiarity with Android, Apple iOS & Windows Mobile.
  • Experience working as part of a collaborative team.
