Job Description

- Achieve renewal targets, responsible customer churn and renewals;
- Building business--identify up-sell and cross sell opportunities, drive business outcomes;
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with decision makers and executive buyers in each account;
- Cultivate broader usage of Lark Suite within each account
- Introduce new features and best practices to customers


- A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical field.
- 5+ years in Customer Success role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely strong presentation and communication skills.
- History of success as a customer success role and/or account management role, or equivalent.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and goals, preferably in a sales setting
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
