Andiamo is working directly with the Head of IT for a premier food distribution company known for its fantastic career advancement opportunities and rewarding culture. This company promotes almost exclusively from within and is seeking a contract-to-hire Help Desk Technician to work in their North Phoenix location.
The ideal candidate will have a customer focused personality and analytical troubleshooting skills, providing first level hardware, network, and software support to both internal and remote employees.
-Basic Active Directory experience and/or understanding of Group Policy
-Remote Troubleshooting of MS Office and Windows Issues
-Anti- Virus Control
-Desktop imaging and Hardware support on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Experience with a ticketing system
