About the Role

We are looking for an Enterprise-level SaaS Sales Director to join our team in tapping into potential client opportunities and generating new business in the America Market. You will be responsible for responding to inbound inquiries as well as blanketing your region with outbound activity. You will strategically approach target companies and teams, identify customer pain-points and sell collaboration solutions.


  • Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
  • Create reliable forecasts, manage pipelines and close new business
  • Develop and execute on strategic plans for the territory assigned
  • Document and distribute competitive information
  • Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
  • Collaborate with marketing team to attend conferences and trade shows
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree & above
  • 5 - 10 years of applicable sales or account management experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge of America market
  • Experience with enterprise-level collaboration softwares, eg. Office 365, G Suite, IBM Notes & Slack
  • Experience with SaaS opportunities and client management cycles.
  • Knowledge of SaaS contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
  • Strong negotiation & networking skills with the ability build strong relationships with CXOs
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level & C-level business in an evangelist sales environment
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data analytics tools to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospects simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
