As the Head of Operations at our client, you will be responsible for managing the processes, teams and insights to manage our content partner and user ecosystem. This senior role will build a team to focus on three core focus areas: product activation, best practices and tools & reporting. For product activation, we are looking to primarily ensure product excellence through managing the test, iterate and launch cycle. Managing our adoption of products and policies to enable our client's success.
The second team will primarily focus on developing best practices on how to grow on the platform. And finally the Tools & Reporting arm will focus on ensuring our internal teams have the right set of tools to manage the business and provide regular updates to our systems and develop new processes to streamline everything from partner reporting and portfolio assignment, communications, localization and efforts like contract & budget approvals.
-Build and manage teams to ensure operational excellence for our client
-Develop and implement operational processes to drive scale across areas of product, creator comms and tools (CRM) & reporting
-Ensure servicing cross functional teams with core business needs and manage team KPIs
-Coordinate with Beijing teams to implement operational efficiencies and drive local solutions
- 7+ years in a operations role within similar industry
- 5+ years growing and managing teams
- Significant experience with evaluating and implementing operational tool solutions
- Significant experience building reporting tools, dashboards to support business needs
