The Women Impact Technology Division (WIT) was founded with the purpose of introducing top-tier female technologists to our top tier clients. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven recruiter to become a high-performing WIT Specialist, engaging with and advising some of the brightest women in the industry.
Recruiters on the WIT team identify the best of the best across a variety of expertise and introduce them to a diverse set of organizations (including Uber, Hulu, Bloomberg, Etsy, Wayfair, and Refinery29, among others) through structured hiring events across the country. We pair elite companies with elite technologists at these invite-only events. Additionally, the events host informational sessions about attending companies, panels by female thought leaders, and networking opportunities.
