What you'll do:

Manage processes which result in the recruitment, training and retention of amazing employees.  Manage development and improvement in support of Human Resources & Operations. 

  • Manage talent acquisition strategy aimed at building and maintaining a high-performance workforce.  Execute internal recruiting process for entry-level and experienced candidates for internal Andiamo positions in a variety of locations.  

  • Discover and engage potential candidates via campus/university job postings & job fairs, LinkedIn sourcing & InMailingjob board postings and creative recruiting initiatives. 
  • Conduct extensive market analysis, competitor research and compensation analysis to deliver insight into competitive advantages and disadvantages 

  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting strategy execution. 

  • Assist with management of on-boarding process with new employees, including: start paperwork, benefits management, “Andiamo Welcome” management, orientation and training schedules. 

  • Develop social media, marketing and brand management as it relates to talent acquisition 

  • Assist in rollout and implementation of local and company-wide programs and initiatives  

  • Complete additional HR, Office Management, and Administrative projects as requested 

What we're looking for:

Success demands sophisticated communication, emotional intelligence, work-ethic, empathy and intellectual curiosity.   
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR operations & talent acquisition;

  • Bachelor’s degree with significant accomplishments inside and outside the classroom (minimum of a 3.3 GPA from a top-tier academic institution); 

  • Highly organized professional with ability to manage multiple, high-profile processes across a geographically distributed organization  

  • Persuasive, confident and clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; 

  • Articulate, positive attitude and presentable demeanor with an ability to maintain composure during negotiation and in the face of rejection; 

  • Highly sophisticated communication skills (oral & written); 

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with high-performing professionals; 

  • Sense of humor; mandatory.0-2 years of experience in HR operations & talent acquisition;
