To achieve significant recruiting goals in a competitive market, we employed various creative recruiting initiatives.  Andiamo hosted specialized Technology Hiring Days, Super Days and Women In Technology Events. Andiamo helped rapidly growing divisions in new locations build their teams from the bottom-up, serving as advisors when teams encountered growing pains. We built a nationwide network consisting of technical talent interested in exploring elite financial software engineering roles as they became available. This network allowed us to fill roles specifically designated “high-priority” by Goldman Sachs' Hiring Managers.


Special Recruiting Projects

Hiring Events

Andiamo hosted specialized Hiring Days and Super Days in New York and Salt Lake City for Goldman Sachs, tapping into a talent pool that had, to them, previously been inaccessible.  For each event, we were responsible for sourcing, engaging and technically screening the top Software Development Engineers and TPMs in high-value geographies prior to organized, multi-day hiring event.  These hiring events result in 10-15 in-person technology interviews per event day - saving hiring managers and human resources staff significant amounts of time while ensuring they are meeting the top technology talent in each geographic area.  On average, nearly 40% of Andiamo-approved talent received job offers from Goldman Sachs.

Andiamo organized and managed various, highly successful, Women In Technology (WIT) Recruiting Events where Goldman Sachs would focus their recruiting efforts on hiring technologists from this historically under-represented population.  

Salt Lake City Build-out

Andiamo placed over 20 technologists and managers in Salt Lake City to help Goldman Sachs build out their 'high-value technology center.'
