"Quality means doing it right when no one is looking." – Henry Ford
I learned the principals of responsibility and a strong work ethic while working on a family farm – and that I needed to be accountable and responsible for myself before I could assume the same for others.
I understand that with professionalism comes integrity, reputation and trust. I have exposed myself to risks through entrepreneurship, learning from my success and failures while being self-motivated and having the ability to lead others to achieve set goals. Through competitive sports I have demonstrated individual drive and performance, while emphasizing teamwork and fair play.
In sales I have learned to reason and deescalate hostility while finding solutions to the problems that are presented and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Goals and budgets are what drives me to succeed and achieve double digit results.
As a resident of Toronto I have embraced ethnic diversity and multiculturalism. I have learned to understand and appreciate the challenges of language and cultural barriers, while understanding and assisting the needs of others. Serving my community is important to me and is a priority while I continue to grow. Each volunteering endeavor has challenged and prepared me for life moving forward.

I like the diversity and the constant buzz. There is something to do every day and a festival or show pretty much every weekend.
