Our client is a career destination for the intellectually curious who want to learn, invent, and create. The people – a dynamic and diverse group of scientists, engineers, and business professionals – are accomplished analytical thinkers and passionate problem solvers.  We apply technology and scientific rigor to financial innovation.

The Quantitative Research Product Team improves the alpha research process by identifying cross-cutting synergies, modeling technologies, best-in-class data pipelines and operational workflows. Our work is a blend of product management, business development, process excellence and relationship management. The team works across the firm to implement these strategies.

The Quantitative Research Product Analyst will make important contributions to a diverse array of projects and will develop a deep contextual understanding of the intersection of financial analysis and technology. We are a small team with no formal hierarchies – so the analyst role has significant potential for learning and impact.

  • Manage offshore and crowdsourcing data acquisition, curation and data quality initiatives

  • A strong academic track record with coursework in finance, pursuit of CFA or MBA a plus
  • 2-5 years in the financial industry, dealing with complex business processes; experience working within highly automated, process driven businesses preferred

  • Eagerness to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment and to develop a solid understanding of the quantitative investment process

  • Familiarity with Agile framework and previous software product management preferred
