About the role

 

Are you a leader who have created high availability, high speed universal integration API platform using emerging technologies to integrate the business universe? Is speed of bringing solutions to the market extremely important for you? Are you an advocate and experienced in designing and building solutions in the cloud? Have you led middleware architectural strategies, integration platform design, iPaaS implementation, standards and frameworks? Are you hands-on and willing to roll up your sleeves to design solutions?

 

As the Head of Integration Platform Solutions , you will help with architecture, designing, and deploying centralized integration API platform solution that sits in the middle of several systems. Working with the CTO, you will lead a team and manage the integration strategy, drive the program execution, and collaborate with system and business leaders. You will develop the architectural roadmap to support a modular architecture heavily relying on API's and micro services. You will be working with industry most progressive integration technologies, iPaaS solutions, data integration solutions, machine learning, and much more. You will constantly look for newer tools and technologies, innovate solutions to enhance our solution and help us create the market differentiator in every part of the value chain.

About You

 

Technical Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of 12 years' of IT experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Must have minimum 8 years' integration platform or software development experience
  • Experience with enterprise service bus (ESB) with working knowledge of one or more iPaaS platform like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Tibco, Apigee etc
  • Proven experience with SOA, design patterns, web services technologies, APIs, Applications, Application Ecosystem, and Micro API's.
  • Expert understanding of "Cloud Architectures" (e.g., SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and expertise in designing and deploying end-to-end integrated solution in a high availability, clustered environment
  • Experience with SOA, ESB, JMS messaging concepts
  • Extensive Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, WS*) and authentication methods such as OAuth and SAML
  • Information security experience is a plus

 

Other Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Math – Advanced degree a plus
  • Experience developing solutions in an Agile environment with cross functional teams and driving delivery through system partners is a strong plus
  • Leadership and management skills to lead a highly effective team
  • Experience working in insurance or life insurance space is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
  • Willing to roll up the sleeves to be hands-on and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to travel as needed
