Overview:

We are looking for an experienced leader to join our leadership team and manage a strong team of data developers. You'll be responsible for TSQL/SQL stored procedures development and management, providing analysis and development for ETL and data integration initiatives. Also providing marketing strategy support through data analysis and reporting.The team is responsible for creating a strong data foundation in a secure environment that will serve the needs of different stakeholders. A strong candidate will have a broad range of experience across information technology disciplines. 

  • Management experience
  • Ability to Design, develop and implement robust and extensible data-driven ETL solutions to support key business data flows (SQL 2012)
  • Experience with data governance, data development and master data management
  • Broad knowledge of big data landscape and cloud computing
  • Demonstrated ETL solution design and build expertise, work stream management skills and business consulting acumen
  • Experience with and understanding of sophisticated program languages, tools and platforms (MS SQL, JavaScript, API, SAS, Mapping Tools, Tableau, AWS)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate both technical concepts and business requirements
  • Passionate about quality assurance, automation, standardization, workflow improvements and needed documentation
  • Working knowledge of networks and data security

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Technical Project Manager to prioritize and organize schedules, multiple projects and task to meet individual and team deadlines and deliver quality output
  •   Gather and analyze business requirements to identify and understand source data systems
  • Monitor stored procedures and access methods and times (strong TSQL skills required).
  •   Manage and implement data migration projects
  • Quick turn problem solving for bugs and customer requests
  • Coordinates with and supports system administrators, architects and developers to accomplish projects, as well as collaborate with Client, Account Management and Business Intelligence teams
  • Design, develop and implement robust and extensible data-driven ETL solutions to support key business data flows (SQL 2012)
  • Analyzing and monitoring database servers, including data transfers
  • Problem solving through new solutions, systems, applications and configurations to support continued business growth and optimization
  • Manage data environments including big data, cloud and security solutions
