Job Description

The Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) team provides IT support for the accurate and compliant delivery of mobile devices and services across the globe. The hallmark of our team is our ability to provide 24x7 access to GE Applications and Data across both iOS and Android platforms. These solutions allow for significant productivity to all GE employees.Essential Responsibilities:


  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver, transform and implement changes across the mobility product portfolio with operational efficiency
  • Maintain a robust and supportable technical solutions adhering to complex business requirements
  • Drive and evaluate requests for enhancements and determine potential impacts with the current system design/configuration
  • Provide support and maintenance of existing customizations and application functionality
  • Triage, debug and report on production issues (data, code, performance, security, etc.), identifing root cause and corrective actions, partnering with vendors as needed
  • Maintaining system documentation, ensuring timely updates when changes occur
  • Provide on-call support during outages and vendor engagements
  • Participate in new product evaluation and review technical designs to ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Participate with 3rd parties and other business wide teams for internal functional integrations
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge base documentation for EMM products and services
  • Train and mentor junior team members


Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) OR in lieu of a degree: a HS diploma/GED and 4+ years of IT experience or equivalent military experience/training• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience with complex changes using EMM solutions and related technologies (i.e. MobileIron, Intune, Apple iOS, Android OS)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • Must be willing to travel if required
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Miami, FL


Desired Characteristics:

Technical Expertise:

  • Experience with the operations and support of MobileIron, Intune or other EMM solutions
  • An in-depth understanding of Mobile Application Inventory, Deployment and Targeting via extensible Device & User Attributes
  • Demonstrated ability to certify/introduce new mobile operating systems for use in an Enterprise Environment
  • Experience with the deployment and support of MDM Settings, Policies and Certificates
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly understand new concepts and analyze system deficiencies
  • A clear interest in current and emerging technologies
  • Working knowledge of EMM solutions, products and services including mail and app delivery, platform and per-app vpn, across iOS and Andriod ecosystems
